But what you wrote just says it all to me. I'm happy there's more black gyaru around than there was before (say like 2008 or so). But I think the problem a lot of newbie girls experience is not even being able to do basic make-up. So then when they try gyaru, they feel like copy and pasting the Asian/Japanese make-up techniques onto their face works. It's aggravating to see it, but yet again my style is not at that point where I feel like it's place to point it out to them.Naomin Dollhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16050485217744265984noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7780646010353020692.post-26215950187376864342013-05-22T08:33:12.292-07:002013-05-22T08:33:12.292-07:00Geez Miivii. I feel you on your rant. I understand...Geez Miivii. I feel you on your rant. I understand how you feel about the whole point. It's kinda hard to be part of the group honestly because I don't feel in any type of way better than any other gyaru. I don't have a super love of newbie gals either due to so much bad experience but I in no manner mean to be outright snobbish. I know I'm shitty with make up but lolol. I d k anymore. That one girl on tumblr....Oh man. She makes me want to just quit altogether.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13244245118227765643noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7780646010353020692.post-36747835206097864422013-05-21T20:59:20.643-07:002013-05-21T20:59:20.643-07:00As a newbie, I can't really say too much on th...As a newbie, I can't really say too much on the topic, however, I do understand gals who need corrections trying to give corrections. It just doesn't work that way. Also, I am a black gal who wears white liner just as much as I wear black or brown liner. It was mandatory for my dance team since it makes your eyes pop and that helps judges see them better when they're sitting up high in the stands. I think as long as its done right, white liner on dark skin can look pretty nice. WHEN DONE CORRECTLY!!!!!!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13807735063856400659noreply@blogger.com
