Gyaru Eyelash Advice

Hello ello!

I've made another video to better help people with eyelashes on their Gal journey. In the video I talk about where to get eyelashes and which style of eyelashes you should use for different sub-styles of gyaru. I stupidly left out information about bottom lashes *DERP* but I can write a post about them if you'd like the assistance :D

If you have anything you'd like to ask me, feel free to do so in the comments below or message me on my facebook account or even on the video itself. Good luck!

Black Gyaru? Amerigyaru? What's with these terms?

I was reading (or rather scanning) this article that talks about what Gyaru is. To be honest, the only reason I read or even knew about it was because people on my facebook were talking about how some of their information doesn't make sense. For example:

" Gyarus have various subcategories too, depends to choice of fashions and gender. (Source Wikipedia)...Western gyaru, Amerigyaru, etc Girls and also guys who have found gyaru fashion outside of Japan (Spain, Finland, Canada, America). They have their own communities, and forums to help beginner gyaru and to meet up with each other during travel. They also use the forums to connect with each other in their own states as well..."

First off, Western gyaru is just a tag we use on Tumblr or blog posts to help people find out about us and Amerigyaru was a group on Facebook that flopped and no longer exists. I'm pretty sure the OP was confusing these two things with the style Amekaji which is, in fact, a gyaru style. But this post isn't about that, it's about this:

"Gyaru trends: ...Kokujin Gyaru, A black person who does gyaru fashion. Used to help Black females to find each other online. example Saiharii..."

...What?

Kokujin gyaru (not to be confused with kurogyaru) isn't a trend, it's a tag that we use to help others find out about us. That's like saying hakujin (white person) gyaru is a trend, which it isn't and just sounds stupid as hell. Everyone who isn't a native Japanese person living in Japan is considered as gaijin so all of us that live in other countries and practice gyaru are called gaijin gyaru or even western gyaru, we don't break it down into skin color and race. When it is, it's mainly just to make it easier for others that are like us to find us and either help us by giving us advice or being an example for others to follow or at least know that they aren't the only ones of their race that wish to follow (or do follow) that fashion.

To sum up what I wrote:
*Amerigyaru/western gyaru IS NOT a subcategory of gyaru fashion.

*Amekaji IS a subcategory of gyaru fashion.

*Kokujin gyaru IS NOT a trend. IT IS A TAG FOR THE INTERNET.

*Kurogyaru(96gal) IS a subcategory of gyaru but DOES NOT literally mean anyone with an ounce of African-American blood in them automatically gets branded as kurogal.

*Gaijin gyaru/western gyaru IS A TAG, NOT A SUBCATEGORY OF GYARU.

I just felt like this needed to be elaborated on for everyone who doesn't understand how these terms and tags are used. If you have any questions or would like some clarification please don't be shy to ask, I may sound mean and bitchy but if you're really interested in learning the RIGHT information then I'm more than happy to inform you or lead you to someone who really knows what they're talking about :D

What's In My Purse/ Makeup Bag

Here's are two videos that I made two days ago. It's just a basic what's in my blah blah blah. Hope you enjoy! Also, I've decided that I'm tired of seeing the name Miivii. It seems very...childish and dumb to me and I'm ready to "graduate" from that name. I couldn't think of a cool name like most gyaru have so I decided to stick with something close to my real name so I came up with the name Tairennyan (Tai for short). I added -nyan to the end just for fun. I didn't want to put -tan cuz that's too many T's and -pyon or -pon didn't sound right either. Guess you could say I kind of copied Areinyan hahaha I'm am A.OK with that (partially because I LOVE her anyway). Anywayyyyy on to the videos!

Excitement!

This past weekend I went to D.C to visit my sister and get some fun in after having such a shitty week. We ended up having a mini gyaru meet with Tama and her fiancee and roommate and it was da bomb! We met at union station and browsed around there (it's like an airport shopping area 2.0) then went in Victoria's Secret and bought these delicious smelling bronzers, body sprays, and lotion (sorry that I lack photos lol). After that we went to my first hookah bar and we tried to do karaoke but due to out having a 20 year old with us we couldn't get in since it was 21 and older. We also missed out on going to a club and partying but, there's always next time. So here's some photos of us at hookah and ending our night.

Tama was putting us to shame with her princess hair and heels lol. Her outfit was so simple yet fabulous wish I took a picture of her

I was too effin tall to fit in the picture lol

Next weekend is my meet with my gal sisters in Hikaru We're gonna party it up, yo!

My Inspiration list

I'm sitting here watching Gyaru videos on Youtube and I thought I'd make a list of all the gaijin gals that I find inspirational when I first started out (and still find instpirational) and explain why .

Kiara aka Kay_woww:

When I was starting out in gyaru I saw her and watched her videos and fell inlove with her freakin eyebrows and personality. I mean, I never met her in person but in her videos she sounds so cool and hardcore and I just fell in love with her lol. I just saw her nude lip tutorial and I fell in love with that too! I can't wait for her to come back into the gal community and show off her stuff again(check her youtube account out!).

Lisha:

Man, Lisha...I mean...it's Lisha! When I first ran across her she was into manba and I would love the eff out of her tutorials on how to do manba makeup (Her Youtube channel) I would try to mimick how she did her makeup and hair because I loved (and still do!) her edgy look. She's doesn't do manba/banba makeup anymore, she does more rokku style make up and her coords are pretty damn sexy.

Tomasa aka Tomo:

Tomo switches out her look every two weeks it seems like and I love it lol but she stays true to her banba roots. I think the first time I saw her was in on G_S in pink pajama onsie LOLOLOLOL onsies are so freakin weird to me and her boobs were so jiggly and soft looking in them xD Anyway, I started googling her and reading her blog and and watching her youtube videos ( heryoutube). Honestly, when she added me on FB is was kind of geeking on the inside because I felt like since she added me my gal makeup must've been improving xD My favorite thing about Tomo is how she freakin applies her lashes and isn't afraid to be goofy and stand out.

Nami:

I love how Nami does Oneegyaru. She was the first gal I've seen do it (that I remember) and she seemed really mature and elegant and I was pretty envious of that. Her makeup ad coords aren't as out there as the others but I admire that about her :3 (Here's her twitter).

Miyabi:

I feel like every black gal sees Miyabi as an inspiration and I'm probably right lol. I first noticed her back in my scene days when she was transitioning from scene to VK style. I feel like we were both attempting gal around the same time she just got the look down quicker than I did lol. I've actually talked with her and I love how she's a jokster and yet very friendly and straight forward. I'm also very envious of her cute ass face (YOU KNOW YOU'RE FUCKIN CUTE MIYABI!) and the clothes she wears (Here's here her Youtube channel).

Queenie:

She's like the sweetest and hottest gal I've ever seeeeeeen!!!! Her hair skills are amazing, her make up looks awesome, AND HER FUCKIN CLOTHES! UNFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She's like the best gaijin Agejo gal you'll ever see with your own eyeballs, I promise you this. I haven't spoken to her directly much, but we're in a few group together and she's always so positive, which is anoher great trait about her. (Here's her blog).

Usagii:

I don't remember if she considers herself gal or just likes to dress gal from time to time, but either way I love her hairstyles and makeup. PLus she has a really really really perfect looking face. Plus she's really nice and friendly (here's her Youtube channel)
That's all for now! Of course, there are more but my butt is tired so I'm just gonna end it here lol

Little Update and Information

IT'S FINALLY SPRING BREAK FOR ME!!!!! YUSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS~

Since I have a moment, I will be updating my blog with more relevant information about myself, but until then I want you guys to go read these blog posts if you are active in the gal community:

* Phillicia/Glee's Post about exposing Chaudie

* Lolo's Post about exposing Chaudie

* Yumi Le's Post about exposing Chaudie

* Gigi(Gabriela Asare)'s video about exposing Chaudie

As you can probably guess from the URLs, these are all about a certain girl named Chaudie (aka Himelyn/Mirai he/Chaudelyn Severa). I personally don't know her and have had no communication with her, but hearing everyone's stories about her make me dislike her already. I just want to help spread the knowledge of this woman to everyone who either had contact with her or might end up having contact with her. From what I've gathered, she's trying to get internet famous by bandwagoning on other well-known or up-and-coming gyaru and she has no sympathy or empathy for those who fall victim to her schemes. So, I'd advice having nothing to do with her unless you like having your feelings hurt and being used like tissue and later tossed in the wind.

That aside, look forward to seeing actual stuff about me tomorrow! :D
